I have been to this hotel thrice and each time I've seen a significant improvement in the services. The staff is polite, the amenities in terms of the pricing are fine and the rooms are clean. The hotel is pretty much near to all the major attractions in Chandigarh. There's no lift just in case that's a concern for anyone (I guess a majority hotels don't have one). The only issue I have is with the complimentary breakfast (usually I've seen in other hotels, there's some change in the menu but here I got just the same thing everyday, pls look into it guys :P). The quality of food from their own menu is much better. Rest all is fine. Kudos!

So we visited the place when every other place was in high demand. It was a decent stay. The washrooms though had numerous flaw. The ceiling was removed and the soggy smell from the seepage and dampness couldn't be ignored. The staff was helpful and decent. And the owners were helpful as we had some minor personal issue whereby one of our important document was lost in the transit and we had to obtain a copy for the same so, they had helped us with the same. Except for a little here and there. It was a good stay since the person let us check out little later than 12 cause we had an exam. So yes people were amazingly helpful.

The hotel is located at an appropriate location and the rooms are good too. However we faced issues with the food that we had ordered in the hotel. The quality and quantity of breakfast is not at par. They do not have a buffet system and provide limited quantity of breakfast. Moreover, we had only 3 options to choose from. Dissatified with the overall experience.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Chandigarh Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had one great evening here, which obviously also added up to the experience. I am not happy with the room interior as it doesn't match with the pics presented on the websites. I have added the real pictures of the hotel rooms
